Angus has strong knowledge and significant experience of the private equity investment market, Scottish Co-Investment partners and the independent venture capitalists network. To date, Angus has been lead advisor for a number of co-investment equity transactions and is instrumental in advising early stage start up companies on their strategy and business model, ensuring their investor ready status.
He is also experienced in developing MBO / MBI propositions, particularly with leveraging debt equity funding. Mr. Hay joined the board of trustees of Riptide Music Studios Ltd in the summer of 2007
Mrs. Carole Lynch

Mrs. Lynch is married with two grown up children and a grand-daughter. She now works as a local government officer and has more than 20 years experience in administration and holds an HND in information technology and office management.
She has also run her own business as a publican for many years and was a licensee. Mrs. Lynch is now working in the housing department of Dundee City Council and holds a Chartered Institute of Housing qualification.
She was also involved with the Samaritans organisation on a voluntary basis for approximately ten years where she became a team leader.

Mr Peter Gackowski

Mr. Gackowski was born in Oxford, has lived in Stafford shire, and works for Lloyds TSB Scotland PLC as a Risk Consultant. He has worked for this bank in various capacities for 32 years, 13 as a Bank Branch Manager.
He is married with three children, and two grand children. Mr Gackowski has sat on various committees over the years and is engaged as a mentor with Project Scotland and Napier University.
He has full disclosure and has the Gold Award for the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme and is a Fellow of the Scottish Bankers Institute. His interests are gardening and antiques.

Mr. Jade Walker

Mr. Walker is a much respected multi instrumental session musician. Although born in the U.K.
Mr. Walker is an American citizen and is now based in Dundee, Scotland.
He is much sought after as a music tutor across all genre of music and a very well respected member of the music community in the local area.

Mr. John Rennie

Mr. Rennie, born in Inverness, now living in Dundee, has worked as a professional musician and sound engineer for more than 20 years. He has toured the U.K. as a guitarist in various bands and is a much respected player within the music community.
Mr. Rennie has recently been attending Perth Music College to gain a formal qualification in sound engineering to back up his considerable experience with an aim to working as a free lance sound man, capitalising on his vast knowledge and connections inside the industry.
